# Agent permissions

> Control exactly what the AI Agent can see and do with five permission toggles. Set account-level safety limits that the agent cannot override.

You control exactly what the agent can see and do. Open the **AI Permissions** panel (the sliders icon next to your account selector) to toggle five permissions.

| Permission             | What it controls                                                    |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Pull campaign data** | Access to your campaign, ad set, and ad lists                       |
| **Read analytics**     | Access to performance stats and insights                            |
| **Modify campaigns**   | Ability to pause and resume campaigns and ads                       |
| **Manage budget**      | Ability to propose budget changes                                   |
| **Create ads**         | Ability to generate images, create variations, and upload creatives |

When a permission is off, the agent cannot access or use anything in that category. If you ask for something that is blocked, it tells you which permission to re-enable.

  These toggles are account-level. They apply to every AI Agent
  conversation, not just your current session, until you change them.

  These are hard limits. Turning off "Modify campaigns" means the agent cannot
  propose pauses, resumes, or budget changes no matter what you ask. Turning off
  "Create ads" means it cannot generate, copy, or upload any creatives.
