# Brand profiles

> Store your brand identity once and reuse it across every Raddivus tool for consistent, on-brand content without re-entering details.

A brand profile stores the details every tool needs to create on-brand content, so you never re-enter them. Brands are **free** on all plans, and you can create as many as you want and switch between them per generation.

## What you can store

* **Brand name** (required)
* **Industry** (required)
* **Tagline** or short description
* **Website** and social links
* **Logo** (uploaded image)
* **Up to five brand colors**
* **Services** you offer

## Create a brand

    Click **Brands** in the sidebar, then **Add brand**.

    Enter the brand name and pick an industry. These are the only required
    fields. Add a tagline, website, logo, and colors if you have them.

    Click **Create brand**. It is available to every tool immediately.

## The brand overview

Open any brand card to see its overview:

* **Completeness bar** showing how filled-in the brand is across identity, visuals, offering, reach, and context.
* **Identity & colors** with your typography samples and color swatches.
* **Web & social** with inline-editable links. Handle-style platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok) take a username, and the @ is added for you. URL-style platforms (website, Facebook, LinkedIn) take a full URL.
* **Services** as a list of pills. Click the plus pill, type a service, and press Enter. Click the × on a pill to remove it.

## How the AI uses your brand

When you generate ads through the [Generator](/create-ads/ad-generator), [Copier](/create-ads/ad-copier), or [AI Agent](/ai-agent/overview), Raddivus reads your brand profile automatically. The agent already knows your name, industry, services, and colors before you type anything, so it never asks basic questions about your business. For deeper context that shapes the AI's writing voice, add material to the brand's [knowledge base](/brands/knowledge-base).

## Edit or delete

Open a brand card and click **Edit** to change anything, including replacing or removing the logo and adding or removing colors. To delete, use the menu on the brand card and confirm. Deleting a brand also removes its knowledge base and any folders linked to it, so it cannot be undone.
