# Team workspace

> Invite team members, assign roles, and share brands, ads, and folders across your workspace. Available on the VIP plan with 6 seats.

Team features let you share your workspace with others. You share brands, ads, and folders with teammates while your AI Agent conversations stay private.

**Where:** sidebar → **Settings → Team**. **Cost:** free. **Plans:** VIP (6 seats).

## Roles

| Role       | Brand access         | Ad tools    | Team management              |
| ---------- | -------------------- | ----------- | ---------------------------- |
| **Owner**  | Create, edit, delete | Full access | Invite, remove, change roles |
| **Admin**  | Create, edit, delete | Full access | Invite and remove members    |
| **Member** | View only            | Full access | View members, leave team     |

## Invite team members

  <Step title="Open the Team settings">Go to **Settings → Team**.</Step>

  <Step title="Send an invite">
    Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and choose their
    role.

  <Step title="Share the link">
    Copy the invite link and send it. The invitee clicks it to join
    automatically.
  </Step>

Invite links expire after 7 days. You can send as many invitations as you like, as long as you have available seats.

## What's shared

All team members share access to brand profiles, saved ads and folders, and generated ad history.
