# Glossary

> Definitions of key Raddivus terms: credits, brands, the knowledge base, the AI Agent and its model tiers, approvals, variations, and more.

Quick definitions for the terms you'll see across Raddivus, with links to the pages that cover each one in depth.

## Plans and credits

| Term                | Meaning                                                                                                                                                       |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Credit**          | The currency for AI generation. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and generations spend credits. See [Credits & billing](/account/credits-and-billing). |
| **Monthly credits** | The credit allowance included with your plan each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits **roll over** with no cap.                                            |
| **Top-up pack**     | A one-time credit purchase. Purchased credits never expire. See [Credits & billing](/account/credits-and-billing).                                            |
| **Rollover**        | Unused monthly credits carrying into the next cycle indefinitely.                                                                                             |
| **Free trial**      | A 7-day trial with 10 one-time credits and Growth-level features, no credit card required. See [Free trial](/getting-started/free-trial).                     |

## Brands

| Term               | Meaning                                                                                                                                     |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Brand profile**  | Your stored brand identity (name, logo, colors, links) that every tool applies automatically. See [Brand profiles](/brands/brand-profiles). |
| **Knowledge base** | Source material attached to a brand that shapes the AI's writing voice and content. See [Knowledge base](/brands/knowledge-base).           |
| **Active brand**   | The brand currently selected in the header brand switcher. Tools use the active brand's details.                                            |

## Creating ads

| Term             | Meaning                                                                                                                                     |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Ad Generator** | The tool (sidebar label **Image**) that creates original ad images from your offer and brand. See [Ad Generator](/create-ads/ad-generator). |
| **Ad Copier**    | The tool that makes branded variations of an existing ad image you upload. See [Ad Copier](/create-ads/ad-copier).                          |
| **Variation**    | One generated image. The Generator and Copier cost 1 credit per variation.                                                                  |
| **Ad Library**   | A browsable collection of ads for inspiration that can feed the Copier. See [Ad Library](/analytics/ad-library).                            |

## AI Agent

| Term            | Meaning                                                                                                                                                 |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **AI Agent**    | A conversational assistant connected to your Meta Ads account that answers questions and proposes changes. See [AI Agent overview](/ai-agent/overview). |
| **Model tiers** | The available agent models: **Raddivus Lite**, **Raddivus**, and **Raddivus Pro**, varying by plan. See [Model tiers](/ai-agent/model-tiers).           |
| **Permissions** | Account-level toggles that control what the AI Agent can access and change. See [Permissions](/ai-agent/permissions).                                   |
| **Approval**    | A change the AI Agent proposes that takes effect only after you confirm it. See [Approvals](/ai-agent/approvals).                                       |

## Meta and publishing

| Term                 | Meaning                                                                                                                                           |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Meta Ads account** | The Facebook and Instagram ads account you connect to power analytics and the AI Agent. See [Connect Meta Ads](/connections/connect-meta).        |
| **Paused status**    | Ads created in your Meta account through Raddivus are uploaded paused, so nothing goes live without your action.                                  |
| **Ad Analytics**     | A live gallery of every ad in your connected accounts, with metrics and filters. See [Ad Analytics](/analytics/ad-analytics).                     |
| **IG Content**       | The Instagram workspace and social planner for drafting, scheduling, and publishing posts. See [Instagram content overview](/instagram/overview). |
