# Troubleshooting

> Fixes for the most common issues in Raddivus: connections, generation, credits, and publishing.

## Connections

  <Accordion title="The agent says it can't access my Meta account">
    Your token likely expired or was revoked. Go to **Settings → Connections**
    and click **Reconnect**.

  <Accordion title="My Instagram token expired">
    Open **Settings → Connections** and click **Reconnect Instagram**.
    Facebook-login accounts need this more often than Instagram-login accounts.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A login popup didn't open">
    Allow popups for Raddivus, or let the full-page redirect complete and sign
    in there.
  </Accordion>

## Generation

  <Accordion title="My generation is taking a long time">
    Larger requests take longer, and video takes 2 to 5 minutes. Generation runs
    in the background, so you can leave the page. Results stream in and you are
    notified when they finish.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A batch seems stuck">
    Refresh the page to resume live updates. If it is still stuck after a few
    minutes, generate again. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My logo or image was rejected">
    Use JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF. Logos must be 2 MB or less, and source or
    reference images 10 MB or less each.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My Instagram post sounds generic">
    Add documents to the brand's [knowledge base](/brands/knowledge-base). The
    more source material, the more on-voice the result.
  </Accordion>

## Credits and billing

  <Accordion title="Generation is blocked">
    You are out of credits. Buy a top-up pack in **Settings → Credits**, or wait
    for your next billing cycle.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I don't have enough credits for a video">
    A video costs 15 credits. Check your balance before generating and top up if
    needed.
  </Accordion>

## Publishing

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Post now is disabled">
    Connect an Instagram Business or Creator account under [Settings →
    Connections](/connections/connect-instagram). Publishing requires the Growth
    or VIP plan.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Send to ClickUp is disabled">
    Connect ClickUp under **Settings → Connections**, and make sure the post is
    finished (text and visual done).
  </Accordion>
