# Content history

> A sortable table of every Instagram post you have generated, with filters by format, category, status, and date, and safe removal.

The Content history page is a compact, sortable table of every Instagram post you have generated, across all your brands. Open it from the IG Content page.

## Filter and sort

Filter by:

* **Format:** single image, carousel, story, or short video.
* **Category:** educational, promotion, social proof, and more.
* **Status:** ten labeled phases (each with a text label and color), including drafting, idea ready, rendering image, ready, scheduled, publishing, and published, plus failure states.
* **Date range.**

## Remove posts

Select multiple rows with the checkboxes to clear them from your view in bulk, or hover any row for a single-click trash icon.

<Note>
  Removing a post from history is safe. It disappears from your view, but the
  data is kept on Raddivus servers, so any image generation already in progress
  still finishes in the background.
