# Import existing content

> Bring an existing content plan into Raddivus from ClickUp or a spreadsheet. Free import with a 5-step wizard and up to 500 posts at once.

Already have a content plan in ClickUp or a spreadsheet? The **Import** tab brings it into Raddivus in minutes, with no credits charged.

**Where:** sidebar → **IG Content** (import). **Cost:** free. **Plans:** Growth and VIP.

## Import a plan

    Choose ClickUp or a spreadsheet (CSV, XLSX, or XLS).

  <Step title="Connect or upload">
    ClickUp uses a personal token that is never stored. Spreadsheets are parsed
    in your browser.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set defaults">
    Choose the brand and the per-post defaults (post type, category, platform).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Map your columns">
    Match each source column to a Raddivus field: caption, hashtags, scheduled
    date, slide 1 to N, and more. Common column names are auto-detected, so you
    usually only fix mismatches.

    Check the preview and import up to 500 posts at once.

## What happens to imported posts

Imported posts land in your calendar as **completed** posts, ready to edit, schedule, or publish exactly like AI-generated ones.
