Every brand has its own knowledge base, a place to keep the source material the AI uses to write on-voice content. It is free on all plans.

Which tools read it

Every AI tool reads your knowledge base, at no extra credit cost:
  • Ad Generator and Ad Copier: when a brand is selected, they look up the passages that match your offer and instructions and use them in the ad.
  • Publish to Meta Ads: the headline, primary text and button are written from the passages that match the ad.
  • Content Studio and the Topic radar read it when they plan.
  • Instagram Content grounds every post in it.
  • The AI Agent can read it too. Type @ in the chat box to point it at a document or folder.
Everyone on your team shares the same knowledge base for a brand. A brand with an empty knowledge base works exactly as before.

Open the knowledge base

Click any brand card to open it, then switch to the Knowledge Base tab.

What you can store

  • Editable documents in a Notion-style editor. Write FAQs, your brand story, positioning, service descriptions, tone guides, and offer details. Use headings, lists, code blocks, dividers, links, and quotes.
  • File uploads. Markdown (.md), plain text (.txt), and Word (.docx) files are converted to editable documents automatically. Images and PDFs are stored as assets.

Limits

These are the same on every plan:
  • Up to 20 items per brand
  • Up to 25 MB per file

Add a document

1

New document

On the Knowledge Base tab, click New document and give it a title.
2

Write

Use the editor to add your content. It auto-saves as you type, and a “Saved” indicator confirms when it is stored.
3

Navigate

Click any heading in the side rail to jump to that section.

Upload a file

Click Upload file or drag files in. Markdown, text, and Word files become editable documents. Images and PDFs are kept as assets. Hover any item to rename or delete it.

Import from Notion

If your FAQs, positioning or service descriptions already live in Notion, import them instead of retyping. It is free on all plans. Open Settings > Integrations > Notion, or click Import from Notion on a brand’s Knowledge Base tab (it opens the same screen with that brand already chosen).
1

Connect Notion

You are taken to Notion, which asks which pages Raddivus may read. Raddivus can only see the pages you choose there.
2

Pick the pages

The pages you shared appear as a list that keeps its nesting. Ticking a page ticks its sub-pages too. Pages already in this brand are marked “Already here.”
3

Choose a folder

Pick an existing folder, the top level, or a new folder, and rename any document before it is created.
4

Import

The documents appear in that folder right away and fill in as they finish.
What comes across: headings, paragraphs, lists, to-dos, toggles, callouts, quotes, code blocks, dividers, tables, and text formatting. Images, video, files, embeds and databases are not imported yet; Raddivus tells you when something in a page was skipped. Good to know:
  • Importing the same page again refreshes its content and keeps any name or folder you changed.
  • Imports count toward the 20-item limit. The picker shows how many slots are left.
  • Raddivus only reads from Notion. It never writes anything back.
  • Your Notion connection is yours. Your whole team can read the imported documents, but a teammate who wants to refresh one connects their own Notion first.
  • Disconnecting Notion in Settings keeps the documents you already imported.
The richer your knowledge base, the more your generated content sounds like you. A brand with no documents still works, but adding a few pages noticeably improves relevance.
