Click Post now to publish straight to your connected Instagram account in one click. This requires a connected Instagram account.Schedule for later
Click Schedule, pick a date and time, and the post is queued. It then appears on the social planner calendar with a “Scheduled” badge. Five minutes before a scheduled post goes out, the person who scheduled it gets a preview email with a Cancel link (the account owner gets it if that person has left the team). The post publishes on time unless someone cancels it.Scheduling needs a connected Instagram account. Without one you can still
save the post as a draft, and schedule it once the account is connected.
Carousels
A carousel publishes to Instagram as one post with every slide, up to 10 (Instagram’s limit). Open it with Schedule: the preview shows the cover and each slide, so you can swipe through exactly what will be posted, then press Publish now or Schedule there. The one-click Post now on the post card is switched off for carousels, because only the editor draws every slide.Reels
Publishing Reels from Raddivus isn’t available yet. Short-video posts are written as scripts; copy the script and post the Reel from the Instagram app.Which Instagram account publishes
A post publishes through the Instagram account connected to its brand by anyone on your team, so it still goes out when the person who wrote it is away. A post set to a specific account only publishes there. If you disconnect the account a brand publishes through and nobody else on the team has that brand connected, its scheduled posts are marked as needing a reconnect. - Click any day to draft a new post pre-scheduled for that date.
- Filter by platform. Instagram is live today, with Facebook and Google My Business coming next.

Connections. Publishing also requires the
Professional or VIP plan. On a carousel, open the post with Schedule to
publish every slide; short-video (Reel) posts can’t be published from
Raddivus yet.
