What a task holds
- Status: Backlog, Todo, In progress, In review, Done, Cancelled or Duplicate.
- Priority, the platform it is for (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, LinkedIn, your website or other), one person on it and a due date, with an optional time shown on each teammate’s own clock.
- A brief, comments and a feed of everything that changed.
- Sub-tasks, one level deep. The parent shows how many are finished (“2/5”).
- A repeat rule: pick “Set repeat…” in the due date menu. The task comes back when someone moves it to the status you chose (Done by default), either as the same task with its next due date or as a fresh copy carrying what you tick.
List or board
The switch next to New task turns the list into a board with one column per status. Drag a card to another column to change its status (long press on a phone), or use the status menu on the card. To change many tasks at once, tick the box at the start of each row (Shift+click ticks a range, Esc clears). A bar appears at the bottom with Status, Priority, Assign, Assign to me, Due date, Sub-task of…, Copy links and Delete.Filters and saved views
Filter by status, priority, person, platform and due date, including any day or range you pick on a calendar. Keep a set of filters you use often as a saved view:- Set the filters (for example Assignee = Me and Due = Overdue).
- Click Save view at the end of the filter row and give it a name.
- The view appears as a tab above the filters, next to All tasks. Opening it puts back its filters, sort and list or board layout.
Open a task
Click a task to read the brief, comment and see its history. Back to tasks at the top right returns to the list or board exactly as you left it, filters included. The … next to it copies a link to the task or deletes it.Pictures
The brief and comments take pictures (JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 10 MB each). How you add one decides where it goes:- Inside the text: paste a screenshot (Ctrl or Cmd+V), drop an image in, or type / and pick Add image. A thin blue line shows where a dragged picture will land.
- Under the text: click the paperclip in the bottom-left corner. The picture is attached as a small tile.
When someone gives you a task
When a teammate assigns you a task, you are told in two places:- The bell in the app: “Gabriel assigned you JOR-14”, which opens the task.
- Email, with each task’s key, title, priority, due date, the first few lines of its brief and a link to it. Several tasks assigned to you at once arrive as one email listing them all.
