Troubleshooting

Fixes for the most common issues in Raddivus: connections, generation, credits, and publishing.

Connections

The agent says it can't access my Meta account

Your token likely expired or was revoked. Go to Settings → Connections and click Reconnect.

My Instagram token expired

Open Settings → Connections and click Reconnect Instagram. Facebook-login accounts need this more often than Instagram-login accounts.

A login popup didn't open

Allow popups for Raddivus, or let the full-page redirect complete and sign in there.

Generation

My generation is taking a long time

Larger requests take longer, and video takes 2 to 5 minutes. Generation runs in the background, so you can leave the page. Results stream in and you are notified when they finish.

A batch seems stuck

Refresh the page to resume live updates. If it is still stuck after a few minutes, generate again. Failed generations are refunded automatically. An Instagram post or image still in progress after 10 minutes is stopped and refunded for you within about 5 minutes, so you never pay for one that never arrived. A Content Studio batch keeps running even when the tab is closed; if it fails, it is stopped and refunded within about 20 minutes.

My logo or image was rejected

Use JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF. Logos must be 2 MB or less, and source or reference images 10 MB or less each.

My Instagram post sounds generic

Add documents to the brand’s knowledge base. The more source material, the more on-voice the result.

Credits and billing

Generation is blocked

You are out of credits. Buy a top-up pack in Settings → Credits, or wait for your next billing cycle.

I don't have enough credits for a video

A video costs 15 credits. Check your balance before generating and top up if needed.

Publishing

Post now is disabled

Connect an Instagram Business or Creator account under Settings → Connections. Publishing requires the Professional or VIP plan.

Send to ClickUp is disabled

Connect ClickUp under Settings → Connections, and make sure the post is finished (text and visual done).
